Job summary

HRTX seeks a Junior Solutions Architect to support senior architects in scoping and designing client solutions. You will gain a high-level understanding of our technical product portfolio and participate in pre-sales activities to help generate proposals and respond to RFPs.

The role involves capturing customer requirements, visualizing and articulating problems, and contributing to new technical developments while collaborating with Sales on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Solution Architects for scoping questionnaires and understand the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements including generation of customer proposals and supporting Sales in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
• Capture and provide customer requirements and feedback on existing products; contribute to new technical developments.
• Engage with Sales to introduce new initiatives and assist in triage of Pre-Sales tickets.

About the job Junior Solutions Architect

• Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
  • Generation of customer proposals
  • Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
• Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
• Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
• Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
• Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives

Qualification

• [REQUIRED] Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
• A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation
  Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and
  Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities.
• Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand
  challenges and solutions.
• Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualize, articulate problems and
  construct solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written
  communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
