Job summary

STRATEGICSYNERGY, INC. is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to collect requirements, architect scalable, secure architectures, and oversee implementation across infrastructure, automation, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with automation technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and observability platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and post-sales technical support.
• Ability to create technical proposals, solution diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely with vendors and technology partners to develop competitive and cost-effective solutions.
