Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Associate Sales Applications Engineer in Santo Tomas, Batangas. The role involves providing technical sales support, quotations, order coordination, and customer service to drive revenue growth and strong relationships.

You will explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences, coordinate with customers, engineering, and internal teams, and manage CRM data, quotations, and order processing. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
• Experience in Sales Engineering is an advantage.
• Experience selling or supporting technical products is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems and quotation/order processing is an advantage.
• Industry experience in Power Generation / Gas Turbines / Gas Power Plants; Semiconductor / Wafer Production; Heat Treatment / Furnace; Aerospace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to sales managers, customers, and distributors.
• Explain technical products and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, and internal teams to ensure products meet requirements.
• Prepare, generate, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Support catalog, high-temperature, profile/spike thermocouple, and spreadsheet-based quotations.
• Process and coordinate orders from initial inquiry through shipment, including changes and expediting.
• Follow up on open quotations and update CRM with won/lost status.
• Monitor order delivery status and communicate updates to customers.
• Determine payment status for pre-payment orders.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert on company products and capabilities.
• Train Business Development Managers and Channel Partners on products.
• Support marketing activities, including trade shows and conferences.
• Conduct prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
• Assist with new product research and development.
• Prepare reports and monitor order tracking.
• Support annual Order Entry Planning and distribution agreement documentation.
• Create and maintain process documentation in the company Wiki.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 10%.
