Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a technical sales support professional to guide inquiries from initial contact to shipment. You will communicate complex products to non-technical audiences and coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include generating quotes, maintaining CRM data, and building strong relationships with customers, sales managers, and distributors, while supporting BD Managers and participating in trade shows.

Qualifications

• Must communicate technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to generate timely quotations and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to ensure product meets requirements.
• Maintain customer records in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Support Business Development Managers and channel partners.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to support marketing efforts.
• Travel up to 10% to cover assigned territory.
