Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a back-end services analyst for Air freight, supporting regional and global operations. The role emphasizes timely, accurate task execution and SOP adherence within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has a degree in logistics/management preferences and 0–3 years in BPO or logistics, with strong English communication and ERP familiarity for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any). A degree in logistics, management will be an advantage.
• 0-3 years of job experience in BPO or logistics domain preferred.
• Air Freight experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred.
• Good logical reasoning skills.
• High level of customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of the station's/country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per SOPs.
• Ensure department SLAs and all KPIs are met according to delivery guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to shifts, countries or regions.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service for business partners.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the service.

Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Air freight service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach.

Key Responsibilities

• To understand the requirement of the station's / country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.
