Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support back-end services for the Air freight line, collaborating with regional teams and ensuring timely, accurate task completion.

You will follow SOPs, meet SLAs, and work with ERP systems and MS Office, with 0–3 years in BPO or logistics preferred. Excellent English communication and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field) required or equivalent
• Air Freight experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong English communication, written and verbal
• Good logical reasoning and customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks follow SOPs
• Meet department SLAs and KPI targets as per guidelines
• Operate services according to shifts, countries or regions
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate service completion
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements and best practices
• Flag challenges to supervisor promptly to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Air freight service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach.

Key Responsibilities

• To understand the requirement of the station's / country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.


• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.


• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.


• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.


• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.


• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.


• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree (any). A degree in logistics, management will be an advantage.


• 0 - 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred


• Air Freight experience will be preferred


• Good knowledge in MS office


• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal


• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred


• Good logical reasoning skills


• High level of customer centricity
