AppcentricPH in the Philippines is seeking an Associate HR / Junior HR Generalist to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and administration. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience and a proactive, learnable mindset.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, support HR policy implementation, and contribute to various HR projects while growing a well-rounded HR foundation.
