Job summary

Firstsource is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support a Telco Enterprise & Wholesale Sales portfolio. This developmental role focuses on small-value accounts, learning to manage client relationships and execute account plans under guidance.

You will gain expertise in broadband connectivity and colocation services, build pipeline, and contribute to retention and growth within a coached environment.

Qualifications

• Background in enterprise or wholesale telecommunications.
• Experience in supporting account plans and client relationships is desirable.
• Familiarity with broadband connectivity and colocation services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of small-value enterprise/wholesale accounts under guidance of a senior Account Manager.
• Maintain and build client relationships, respond to routine queries and service requests within agreed timeframes.
• Develop working knowledge of broadband connectivity and colocation service usage to support account planning and upsell opportunities.
• Execute account plans and playbooks to support retention and satisfaction, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
• Assist senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers with lead qualification and pipeline administration.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and account records in CRM systems.
• Support regular reporting on portfolio performance against revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in account planning sessions and campaign execution as a contributing member.
