Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking an Account Manager to provide life cycle support for a Mid‑Market portfolio and collaborate with Sales teams to grow the existing customer base. This onsite, dayshift role offers a competitive rewards package and the chance to build strong client relationships.

You will manage end-to-end accounts, identify upsell opportunities, resolve issues, and promote value-added services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B telco or B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle support for a Mid‑Market portfolio.
• Assist Sales teams in maintaining relationships with business customers and growth of existing base.
• Manage a defined portfolio of customer segments and deepen relationships.
• End‑to‑end account management toward a sales target.
• Escalate issues and provide basic technical support.
• Identify opportunities and upsell new products to existing clients.
• Promote value‑added services to deliver growth and retention.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
