Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years leading marketing functions in customer/product areas.
• Proven ability to deliver customer solutions from insights.
• Experience building and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-dimensional customer segmentation and insights.
• Design propositions with CX and product teams.
• Communicate propositions to customers via distribution channels.
• Develop health, wealth, and VUL propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a team of 4 members and manage budget and risk.
