Job summary

Allianz Philippines is seeking a Propositions Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end development, management, and go-to-market execution of customer-centric propositions across insurance products and services.

You will align insights with strategy, drive adoption across touchpoints, and enable distribution teams with tools and training. The role collaborates with product, actuarial, compliance, and sales to ensure compliant, commercially viable offerings and strong customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, propositions, or insurance/business development.
• Working knowledge of insurance products, customer segments, and distribution channels is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, performance reports, and customer insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Proposition Strategy & Development: translate market insights into clear value propositions.
• Define proposition frameworks covering target segment, customer need, value, differentiation, and outcomes.
• Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: conduct market scans and competitor reviews.
• Monitor industry developments and customer expectations to keep offerings relevant.
• Marketing Concept & Messaging: develop naming, positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
• Prepare proposition briefs, sales materials, and campaign content aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Go-to-Market & Launch Enablement: lead planning, launch readiness, and channel enablement.
• Develop sales tools, training kits, and playbooks for distribution teams.
• Customer Journey & Experience: map and improve journeys for consistent proposition experiences.
• Stakeholder & Governance: coordinate with product, actuarial, compliance, legal, and sales.
• Maintain proposition documentation, trackers, and reports for alignment.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: monitor results and recommend actions to improve uptake.
