Job summary

AIA Philippines Group is seeking a marketing leader to design propositions for the target market across AIA Philippines, BPI AIA, and affiliates such as Medicard. The role focuses on delivering robust customer segmentation, partnering with Product Management & Delivery teams, and enabling communications to distributors to drive adoption and health-focused outcomes.

As a leader, you will guide the health, protection, and long-term savings propositions, including VUL in collaboration with pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years experience leading marketing functions in customer/product areas.
• Proven ability to deliver customer solutions from insights and engage distributors.
• Experience building and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-dimensional customer segmentation to identify and prioritize segments.
• Design and package propositions aligned with customer insights.
• Develop launches and communications plans for propositions with brand and distribution teams.
• Define health and wealth propositions including VUL and long-term savings.
