Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant marketing experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Experience in integrated marketing, brand management, campaign strategy, or product marketing.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated marketing plans across digital, print, retail, institutional, traditional, and on-ground channels.
• Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and campaign execution to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to product positioning, promotional strategies, pricing, and activities based on findings.
• Guide creative teams, agencies, and vendors in developing campaign materials, events, and activations.
• Partner with sales and business leaders to align marketing plans with revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Lead customer profiling and segmentation initiatives to improve targeting and lifetime value.
• Establish campaign objectives and monitor metrics such as conversion, ROI, CAC, engagement, and leads.
• Prepare performance dashboards and insights for business and marketing leaders.
• Manage the assigned marketing budget, promotional spending, and vendor payments.
• Identify strategic partnerships and marketing technologies to support growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
