This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to shape how teams work, strengthen client relationships, and drive delivery improvements across multiple accounts while supporting growth and retention.

Qualifications

7–9 years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or project/program management.
Experience leading distributed teams across locations/time zones.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own delivery performance across assigned accounts and make day-to-day decisions within authority.
Lead marketing programs and coordinate projects with multiple teams and workstreams.
Plan resources and priorities with functional leaders to align capacity and resolve conflicts.
Manage delivery risks, monitor health, and resolve issues to protect timelines and quality.
Connect delivery with client goals and contribute insights to account growth discussions.
Lead performance conversations with clients, presenting results and improvement plans.
