Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila seeks an Account Manager in Business Development to support the Local Philippine VIP market. The role assists in organizing and conceptualizing marketing programs and VIP events for the department, working closely with the VIP Services Team to ensure high standards of guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promotes services and products for VIP and premium players of LaVie Resort and Casino.
• Introduce and acquire new players to LaVie Resort and Casino.
• Meet quotas as assigned by the Business Development Department.
• Seek new and targeted players through acquisition while developing existing players through retention and reactivation.
• Maintain guest accounts with special attention to details and high‑quality service.
• Retain VIP players and increase their loyalty by serving as their personal contact and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction and therefore leading towards department's goals and objectives.
• Keeps abreast with the latest information regarding LaVie Resort and Casino, Membership Promotions and Loyalty Programs as well as ongoing Events and Promotions.
• Responsible for the continuous business development of Premium Mass Market.
• Knowledgeable of event happenings inside the property and other competitor IRs.
• Performs administrative tasks and projects of Business Development Team.
• Supervises and assigns tasks to Business Development Executives.

Education

Job description

• Account Manager, Business Development is responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager in player development and retention for the Local Philippine VIP Market. The Account Manager for BD will also assist to organize and conceptualize marketing programs and VIP Events for the department. He/she will work closely with the VIP Services Team in ensuring that a high standard of guest relationships is provided to all VIP Patrons, in accordance with established service standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or college‑level education in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Casino Marketing, Player Development, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.


• Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management, preferably with a network of casino players and VIP patrons.


• Relevant experience in business development, sales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably within an Integrated Resort, casino, or gaming‑related industry.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English; proficiency in Nihongo, Mandarin, or Korean is an advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in preparing and delivering client presentations.


• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
