HYBRID - Western Union values in‑person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office for a minimum of three days.
The role operates on a quarterly rotating schedule, with working hours of 12:00 PM–9:00 PM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (Philippines time). Candidates must be flexible to work either schedule, with shifts changing every three months.
