Job summary

Western Union is hiring an Associate, AML Compliance, to join a global team focused on preventing money laundering and fraud. The role requires handling transactional analysis, due diligence, and interviews while delivering high service levels from Manila.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform transactional history analysis, due diligence, and AML Compliance interviews to identify potential consumer fraud or questionable activity in an effort to protect customers and the company.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
• Learn continuously to enhance AML Compliance products and process knowledge.

Role Requirements

• 2 years of experience in any of the following: Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general and/or risk-based compliance.
• Fluency in English– outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, according to business needs.
• Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Manila time), according to business needs, with assigned schedules varying within this range.

Work Shift
