Western Union is seeking a Senior Specialist, AML Compliance to analyze transaction histories, conduct due diligence, and perform AML interviews to protect customers and the company.

The role requires English fluency, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical skills, with the flexibility to work 8-hour shifts in a hybrid Manila office environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in AML Compliance or related area.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal, written and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Manila time.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

Role Requirements

• 2 years of experience in any of the following: Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general and/or risk based compliance.
• Fluency in English – outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, according to business needs.
• Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Manila time), according to business needs, with assigned schedules varying within this range.
