Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a dynamic Sales Support professional to join the Global Service Centre in Manila. You will support the Sales (SLS) Service line, generate monthly sales reports, conduct lead analytics, classify opportunities, and assist with pre-bid activities to win new business.

In this role you will collaborate with global partners, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high service levels. A bachelor's degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering or management; undergrad for MNL/BOG acceptable
• 0–3 years experience in BPO or logistics
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• ERP exposure preferred
• Detail oriented with strong logical reasoning and customer focus

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure work is executed per SOPs
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs as per delivery guidelines

Join our “Sales Team” at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC – Global Service Centre! Are you dynamic and results-oriented with a passion for logistics? We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-notch service within the Sales (SLS) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries across the globe. The role will encompass training to proficiently handle various activities including generating monthly sales reports, conducting lead analytics and classification, managing contracts, and providing pre-bid support.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor´s degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)
• 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred.
• Detail oriented
• Good logical reasoning skills
• High level of customer centricity
