The candidate should bring 3+ years in Training Team Lead or Assistant Training Manager roles, be comfortable with night shifts, and adapt quickly to tools and process changes while driving quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (any field).
• Minimum 3 years in Training Team Lead or Assistant Training Manager in a BPO, preferably Financial Campaign/Shared Services.
• Willingness to work night shift.
• Onsite in Clark, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a team of Trainers including resource planning, career planning, performance management, attrition management.
• Coach and develop team members; bridge knowledge gaps and address skill issues.
• Conduct competency-based interviewing when hiring resources.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration with peers and leadership.
• Raise standards aligned with business goals and maintain strong operational awareness.
• Drive continuous improvements to processes, workflows, and the work environment.
• Lead team through process changes and updates.
