Key responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently deliver sales targets as set by the company
• Set individual and team sales targets for agents in accordance with company guidelines
• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure productivity and goal attainment
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures, trends, and performance metrics
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and major customer accounts
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market activities to identify opportunities and risks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
