Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills required.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Real estate, direct selling, or pre-need background preferred.
• Willing to travel occasionally; based in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and deliver sales targets as set by the company.
• Set individual and team sales targets for agents in accordance with company guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure productivity and goal attainment.
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures, trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and major customer accounts.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
