PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Laguna is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization from Laguna. This strategic role requires building a complete sales structure and driving sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will oversee 3 Sales Managers each with 3 Sales Executives, develop market strategies, and strengthen corporate networks. Willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven leadership in sales, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is essential.
• Comfortable recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and staff a complete sales organization with 3 Sales Managers and 3 Sales Executives each.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Leverage networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts and stakeholders.
• Coach Sales Managers to strengthen performance and leadership.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and drive business growth.
• Lead business development and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in Laguna.

This is a strategic leadership role for a sales professional who can build a complete sales organization, develop strong market presence, and drive sustainable sales growth.

The successful candidate will be based in Laguna and must be willing to relocate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and staff a complete, ready sales organization of 3 Sales Managers, each overseeing 3 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds and manages a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Leverage corporate and professional networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts, business groups, and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership capabilities.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to travel/relocate to Cavite.
