CGC Grains, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented logistics documents clerk to support trip planning, delivery paperwork, and invoicing processes.
You will verify and file receipts, coordinate with Manila drivers, monitor delivery status, and assist Sales Associates during absences, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and verify trip and delivery documents, including Authority to Load, Transportation Agreements, Trip Tickets, Delivery Receipts/Rice Receiving Reports, and inventory reports.
Prepare and verify driver liquidations upon completion of trips.
Account for and verify trip tickets, driver-carried payments, and customer-acknowledged delivery documents.
Encode and post truck routes, delivery/receiving receipts, and merchandise returns.
Process rice hull transactions, including delivery receipts and weighing lists.
File trip tickets, delivery/receiving receipts, and weighing lists for direct deliveries.
Prepare and check packing lists and transmittal documents; receive packages from Manila.
Process Pangasinan invoices by checking truckscale receipts against bookings and preparing weighing lists.
Coordinate with Manila drivers and monitor delivery status.
Serve as reliever for Sales Associates during leave or rest days.
Comply with company policies and perform other duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
With experience in documentation, logistics, inventory, or accounting is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, and inventory procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to monitor multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
Willing to work with drivers, customers, and other departments.
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
