Job summary

South Meats is seeking a Sales & Logistics Staff based in Imus, Cavite. The role supports daily delivery operations, data maintenance, and route dispatch for provincial markets. The candidate will coordinate with delivery reps, monitor shipments, and ensure accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a logistics or business background and at least one year in related roles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for efficient warehouse and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Check PM issuances to HRI at 7am (3rd shift).
• Call Delivery Representatives at 8AM to confirm deliveries and ETAs.
• Provide delivery status reports to sales staff and supervisors.
• Maintain Daily Delivery Concerns and Truck Maintenance Monitoring reports.
• Dispatch provincial routes and additional orders.
• Update Wet Market and Super Market databases.

Job Description

• 1. Checks processed meat ( PM ) issuances to HRI at 7am. (3rd shift)
• 2. Call each Delivery Representative at 8AM to check details of completed deliveries andget ETA’s of remaining customers to deliver.
• 3. Provide report – delivery status to all concerned sales persons copying theSLS Supervisor, Plant Manager, Exec Asst-OP
• 4. Maintain reports on “Daily Delivery Concerns” & ‘Truck Maintenance Monitoring”
• 5. Dispatch provincial routes (BICOL) / additional orders
• 6. Update Wet Market and Super Market database.
• 7. Counter-checks all issued receipts are accounted and transmitted to Accounting.Keeps an organized transmittal system.
• 8. Validate DDRF submitted by the Del-Reps. Prepares an IR if found to have unexplainablevariances and submit it to SLS Supervisor
• 9. Ensures that all assets like weighing scale, hooks, keys etc are counter-checked
• 10. Submits weekly wet market report to sales team

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degrees:Degrees in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, or related fields provide a broad understanding of the field.Key Skills and Knowledge:Logistics Operations: Understanding the day-to-day operations of warehousing, distribution, and transportation.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyzing situations, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
