Responsibilities

• Prepare goods to be delivered to clients.
• Safely load and unload goods without delay.
• Check actual quantity against documents before loading to the delivery truck.
• Report delivery issues or customer complaints to supervisor.
• Ensure delivery documents (DR, SI, PEZA forms 8112/8105) are received and duplicates returned to office.
• Liquidate cash advances or petty cash promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery truck.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares goods to be delivered to clients
• Safely load and unload goods and without delay
• Check the actual quantity vs. quantity stated in documents prior loading to delivery truck
• Report delivery issues or customer complains to supervisor
• Ensures that delivery documents such as DR, SI, and PEZA forms 8112 or 8105, are properly received by clients and returned duplicate copies to the office.
• Timely liquidation of cash advances or petty cash replenishments.
• Maintain the cleanliness of delivery truck.
