Mary Grace Cafe is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in Laguna, ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and clean, welcoming spaces for guests.

The role includes assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff evaluations, while ensuring health and safety compliance, handling guest concerns, and driving cost-conscious improvements. Opportunities for promotion are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
• With proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
• Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule.
