Job summary

Chili's Bar & Grill in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee the smooth flow of store operations during a scheduled shift and support daily restaurant service.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in F&B Services Management or related field with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, and cost-control skills. Willingness to train in Manila with accommodation and allowance is required.

Job description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.

• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a working knowledge of Local Store Marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.

• Oversees the overall smooth flow of store operations for a duration of a scheduled shift. Assists the General Manager in implementing and accomplishing assigned tasks to meet Company objectives.

• With an Assistant Manager / Manager experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Willing to be assigned to any of our restaurant concepts/affiliates

• Willing to undergo training in Manila (Free Accommodation and Training Allowance)
