Good Eats Specialists Inc. in Nuvali, Laguna (Santa Rosa area) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic store, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The RM oversees daily operations, food quality, safety, and team performance while upholding our core values of Customer Focus and Integrity. You will inspire staff, manage inventories and monthly reporting, coordinate with facilities, and monitor performance to meet targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• College graduate with business/management focus or related to Food Preparation.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in a restaurant (3 years as RM).
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and highest standard of cleanliness throughout the store.
• Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data.
• Coordinate with the General Services Department regarding equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores.
• Monitor staff attendance, man-hours, and overall performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to support store goals.
• Support operational targets and profitability alongside the team and Area Manager.

The Restaurant Manager (RM) leads the store in achieving its business goals by ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and a consistently satisfying guest experience. The role oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, from service quality and food safety to team management and financial performance. As the heart of store leadership, the RM inspires and develops the team to perform at their best while creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. • Good command of MS Office applications
