About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the dynamic team at Jollibee - Cuisine Ala More, Inc. in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to support the overall management and operations of our restaurant. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business objectives. This position is integral to the success of our establishment and offers significant scope for career development within the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage customer relations and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Support inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control initiatives
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labour resources effectively
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Assist with financial reconciliation, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• Implement and monitor performance metrics and operational targets
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality management environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Diploma or certification in hospitality management or restaurant management is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Filipino quick service restaurant industry is preferred
