Ojeda Group of Companies, a Jollibee franchise, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Naia Terminal 1 store. You will be at the heart of a fast-paced, growing company, learning store management while working with experienced leaders to drive performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, with restaurant operations experience (ARM preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably as ARM in Jollibee.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager (to be assigned in our Naia Terminal 1 store) where you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced, dynamic company, learning all the ropes of store management while working alongside experienced leaders. You’ll be a key player in driving business performance and ensuring smooth daily operations across our stores.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist with managing store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in restaurant operations, preferably with experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) in Jollibee.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
