Outsourced Staff, an Australian outsourcing and recruitment partner, seeks an Assistant Recruiter to support the Senior Recruiter with sourcing, coordination and admin tasks throughout the hiring process. You will craft job descriptions, post roles via ATS (Lever), prepare candidate proposals, and source candidates using Expandi and Juicebox.ai while keeping candidates engaged.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment or recruitment support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Able to follow structured recruitment processes.
• Available to work Monday to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Support in recruitment tasks and candidate coordination.
