Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, construction administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of bids, purchase orders, invoices, and basic construction/renovation terminology.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills to maintain trackers, logs, and records.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; follow-through on open items.
• Clear written and verbal communication with vendors, contractors, accounting, and hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain contractor and supplier proposals based on PM requirements.
• Prepare price and scope comparisons, lead times, and payment terms; submit bid packages.
• Prepare and verify purchase orders for materials, equipment, furniture, and services.
• Track orders, deliveries, backorders, returns, and damaged items; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain project schedules, meeting notes, and progress reports; coordinate with hotel teams.
