Job summary

Share Pro Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to support planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of hospitality renovation projects.

The role ensures safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence while meeting hotel brand requirements and operational constraints. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, hotel operations personnel, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to minimize disruption to guests and operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant project or construction management experience in hospitality or hotel fit-out.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and hotel operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project activities against approved schedules and plans.
• Coordinate daily activities between contractors, consultants, and hotel operations teams.
• Assist in preparing recovery plans for delayed activities.
• Maintain project logs, trackers, and action item registers.
• Support project reporting requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and verify conformance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate RFIs and design revisions with design teams.
• Support safety inspections, permits, and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
