Talent Team Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with an electrical background to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering HVAC installations in Cebu City, Philippines. You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and internal AMS functions; coordinate programmes, procurement, documentation, and handover activities,

Qualifications

• Background as Electrician or Electrical Engineer or similar role.
• Experience supporting construction, HVAC or project delivery is a plus.
• Strong coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, drawings and quality controls.
• Experience maintaining project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, progress reports).

Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly organized Assistant Project Manager with an electrical background to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering HVAC installation projects safely, on time, to the required quality, and within approved commercial parameters. You'll act as a key coordination link between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal AMS functions while supporting project planning, procurement, documentation, progress tracking, and handover activities.

This role will be based in Quiot Pardo, Cebu on a 100% office setup .

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Background as an Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or in a similar electrical role .
• Experience supporting construction, HVAC, or project delivery activities is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination, organisation, prioritisation, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, quality controls, and project records .
• Experience with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, correspondence, variations, and progress reports .
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal teams .
• Experience tracking labour, materials, equipment, costs, lead times, approvals, risks, and programme impacts .
• Competence in Microsoft Office and applicable project management, document control, and cost tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and traceable project records.
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering HVAC installation projects safely, on time, to the required quality and within approved commercial parameters.
• Act as a coordination link between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and internal AMS functions.
• Assist with project programmes, look-ahead planning, labour and material coordination, procurement and delivery tracking.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawing approvals, correspondence, meeting actions, variation records and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, costs, commitments, lead times, quality requirements, safety obligations, risks and unresolved issues.
• Support equipment selections, technical data review, supplier engagement and document distribution.
• Assist with commissioning, practical completion, defects close-out, O&M manuals and final handover evidence.
• Attend site and project meetings, record actions and follow up assigned items to closure.
