Job summary

Talent Team Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with an electrical background to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering HVAC installations in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, quality, and budget compliance within approved parameters.

You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and internal AMS functions; coordinate programmes, procurement, documentation, and handover activities,

Qualifications

• Background as Electrician or Electrical Engineer or similar role.
• Experience supporting construction, HVAC or project delivery is a plus.
• Strong coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of construction processes, drawings and quality controls.
• Experience maintaining project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, progress reports).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering HVAC projects.
• Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Support programmes, look-ahead planning and labour/material coordination.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and progress reports.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks and programme impacts; attend meetings.
