Job summary

Isometric Enterprises, Inc. in Makati seeks a Project-In-Charge for Mechanical and Electrical works to oversee planning, execution, and completion of M&E systems in hi-rise projects.

You will lead on-site teams, review designs, monitor installation and commissioning, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality compliance. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving, with willingness to commute to Makati and attend interviews at Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of M&E project management experience in hi-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, electrical distribution and control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE software and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to commute in Makati City; preferably residing nearby.
• Willing to attend final interview at main office in Quezon City; project location Makati City.

Job description

This role ensures that all M&E works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
