METRO PACIFIC TOLLWAYS CORPORATION is seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations Head for Savvice-Sugbu to oversee Cebu-based general services, fleet management, traffic operations, and asset maintenance. The role requires strong leadership and expert contract administration to ensure service quality.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage SLAs, monitor budgets, and report to the client. The position is based in Cebu with extended hours as needed.
The Assistant Manager - Operations Head for Savvice-Sugbu will oversee Savvice services related to general services, fleet management, traffic operations, and asset maintenance in Cebu. This role requires a strong leadership background and technical expertise in contract administration and operations management.
Develop strategies and operational plans to optimize service delivery in general services, fleet management, traffic operations, and asset maintenance.
Provide direction and leadership to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Streamline processes to maintain efficiency in operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Perform budget management and monitoring ensuring overall cost of services are within the approved guidelines.
Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation of agreements.
Manage amendments and updates to contracts based on operational needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly between Savvice and the client.
Collaborate effectively with Central Office and Cebu-based teams to ensure seamless and aligned operations.
Utilize remote communication tools to provide regular updates and status reports.
Prepare and submit performance reports to Savvice Luzon
Operations Head & President/General Manager.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of services.
Generate compliance reports related to fleet management, traffic operations, and asset maintenance.
Present insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Proven experience managing a mid-sized team.
Experience in fleet, transportation, traffic, facilities/general services, asset maintenance, logistics, or similar operations is highly preferred.
Strong background in contract administration, SLA/KPI monitoring, and compliance.
Experience in budget monitoring, cost control, and operational reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
Based in Cebu Province or nearby areas.
Willing to render extended work hours when required.
