Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Clinic Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences while assisting the healthcare team.

Location is near Novena MRT with a 5-day workweek from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, plus one Saturday per month on rotation and uniform provided. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to 3,200 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' / 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Experience in GP or specialist clinic is an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to work on public holidays as part of rotation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
• Plan and coordinate travel schedules for clinical staff
• Prepare medical reports and email them to respective hospitals
• Liaise with various stakeholders regarding patient appointments
• Oversee clinic operations during clinic sessions
• Maintain clinic inventory and supplies
• Rotate with other admin staff to handle after-office hours calls (once every 3 weeks)
• Mandatory rotation on public holidays (with overtime-in-lieu provided)
