Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic) to welcome patients, support doctors during treatments, and help run daily clinic operations in Santo Niño 1st, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

You will schedule appointments, maintain patient records, prepare treatment rooms, and handle calls and inquiries, while providing administrative support and ensuring a clean, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent field.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic or salon is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly and positive check-in experience.

• Assist doctors during aesthetic treatments and procedures.

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files.

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with the sterilisation of medical equipment.

• Handle incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries.

• Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and other medical staff as required.

• Monitor clinic supplies and ensure sufficient stock is available for daily operations.

• Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent Field.

• Prior working experience in aesthetic clinic or salon is a plus.
