Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations/outlet management, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Office-based role with occasional travel to outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations/outlets management or similar.
• Strong planning, coordination, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with operational/business management systems.
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across all outlets ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on outlet standards including grooming, service and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory activities including stock level monitoring and purchase ordering.
• Liaise with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics and other teams to support promotions and launches.
• Arrange servicing and repairs of outlet equipment with vendors and contractors.
• Manage staff scheduling, leave arrangements and knowledge assessments.
• Monitor licences and certifications, ensuring renewals are timely.
• Assist with quality and compliance reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate IT matters including troubleshooting and hardware/software purchases.
• Supervise facilities, HVAC, lighting, CCTV and related equipment.
• Compile and maintain operational reports and records.
• Identify concerns and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
