• Ability to design, execute, and continuously improve onboarding processes that ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. This includes aligning onboarding activities with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in HR/Onboarding, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity or equivalent role e.g. Project leader
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, onboarding workflows, and compliance regulations
• Experience working in BPO, shared services, or high-volume recruitment environments is an advantage
• Familiar with HR software systems (e.g., Bamboo HR, Workday) and onboarding tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
