Job summary

Tasq Work in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Team Lead with a minimum of 2 years in retirement services. This onsite role covers Cebu/Pasay and requires hands-on leadership to manage processes, coach staff, and handle escalations.

You will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and work with supervisors on client interactions to optimize service delivery. Onsite setup in Pasay supports quick onboarding and productive daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
• Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
• Handle escalations; provide inputs on process and system to the team members
• Client interaction, where required at the level of Supervisors
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
