Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Retirement Services. This onsite role covers Cebu / MOA with a focus on team performance and client service.

You will lead a retirement services team, provide coaching, manage escalations, support new hires, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Minimum 2 years in retirement services and previous team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• With minimum of 2 years of College Education (No back subjects)
• At least 2 years Retirement Services (required); preferably retirement services in the same role
• Team Lead experience is required

Responsibilities

• Manage the process and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
• Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
• Handle escalations
• Provide inputs on process and system to the team members
• Client Interaction, where required at the level of Supervisors
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
