Job summary

The Kallang Group Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee the retail mall portfolio's financial governance, reporting, forecasting and month-end close.

You will coordinate audits, balance sheet reviews and quarterly governance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university.
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• 6–8 years in finance business partnering or finance ops.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

About the role

Lead finance oversight of the retail mall portfolio managed by an external managing agent, including financial reporting, forecasting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reviews, audit coordination and financial governance. Partner business stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations that support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance oversight of the retail mall portfolio managed by an external managing agent, including financial reporting, forecasting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reviews, audit coordination and financial governance.
• Oversee accounting, financial planning and reconciliations for loyalty and rewards programmes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective financial stewardship.
• Partner business stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Lead the end-to-end financial management of non-operating income and expenditure portfolios, including journal postings, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting, with oversight of key areas such as interest income, taxes, depreciation and capital expenditure.
• Manage cash and investment-related portfolios, including cash flow monitoring, fund placements, interest income management and performance analysis.
• Oversee SAP finance administration, including budget management, role administration and system controls.
• Drive finance transformation, ERP enhancement and process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls, improve operational efficiency and deliver business value.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university, with a professional accounting qualification considered an advantage.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, management reporting and/or finance operations.
• Strong track record in financial analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and finance operations. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with strong ownership, stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
