Job summary

Cadmus Resources is seeking an accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end accounting, month-end close, and reporting under MAS requirements.

The role involves handling outsourced finance functions, including AP processing and payroll, with opportunities in consultancy and advisory projects. Degree in accounting and professional certification preferred; 2 years of relevant experience is recommended.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in accounting outsourcing practice.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and MAS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or with assistants.
• Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
• Manage day-to-day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll.
• Consolidate simple to complex group accounts.
• Compile financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Assist in providing financial management services.
• Resolve complex accounting issues as needed.
• Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
