Responsibilities

• Liaise with Central Finance and prepare monthly management reports as per Singapore Reporting Standards.
• Assist in production and analysis of financial reports, compiled from various cross‑territories for Global Reporting and operational purposes.
• Work with Central Finance to initiate and assist in seeking signature approvals for cheque payments.
• Liaise with the Tax Team on Corporate, GST and Commercial Tax submissions for local and foreign subsidiaries on a monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly and yearly basis; seek approval and ensure filings are in compliance with filing due dates.
• Provide information and review reports prepared by the Transfer Pricing Team to ensure accuracy.
• Initiate and liaise with Corporate Secretary for Board resolutions or fulfillment of corporate statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors for year‑end audit.
• Coordinate with bank representatives on the maintenance of bank users database for the Group and seek signature approval for user maintenance forms.
• Assist with other financial projects as assigned.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT, etc.), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Other Ad Hoc duties when assigned.

Qualifications

• A Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good working knowledge of local accounting requirements and Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore (FRSs) is a MUST.
• Basic knowledge in consolidation, tax rules and regulations is preferred.
• Analytical and meticulous.
• Well‑versed in MS Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage several competing priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge and skills in performing financial analysis is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with various territories and levels of personnel in writing and verbal format.
• Energetic and self‑motivated, and able to work independently yet achieve set goals and targets within deadlines.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City, hybrid setup.
