Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Manila is seeking an Assistant Manager, Equities Operations to oversee Admissions activity and provide operational leadership across the team. The role supports day-to-day delivery, engages with issuers and market participants, and ensures governance and controls are maintained.

The position may include Manila-based leadership responsibilities and collaboration with Technology, Compliance and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial markets operations, admissions, or reference data.
• Capability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions delivery and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Act as SME for Admissions processes and governance across the team.
• Maintain oversight of admission pipelines, identify risks, and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with issuers, NOMADs and market participants to progress applications.
• Provide guidance and leadership to colleagues; escalate issues when required.
• Support process improvements, system changes and UAT for new admissions processes.
