Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer support is preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services / Trading Support is a plus.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong IT terminology understanding and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of service to clients via phone and email.
• Perform first-line investigation and provide updates during the lifecycle.
• Assess urgency, gather information, and document case details.
• Escalate to appropriate teams when needed and monitor progress.
• Support service management and improve customer experience.
