Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Reporting in Manila to lead the Regulatory Reporting team and ensure timely regulatory submissions across EMIR, SFTR and other regimes in a global clearing environment.

You will coordinate with regulators, technology and control functions, drive process improvements, risk management and governance while providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team across regions including London, Paris, New York, Sydney and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Regulatory reporting experience across EMIR/SFTR and similar regimes.
• Experience with post-trade operations and regulatory control processes.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to collaborate with technology, risk and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting oversight across regimes.
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions and maintain control framework.
• Manage exception handling, investigations and remediation.
• Coach and develop a team of regulatory reporting professionals.
• Engage with regulators, counterparties and internal stakeholders.
• Drive change initiatives and automation to improve efficiency.
